Shipping Policy

At Phoenix Cf Designs, we understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive after your order has been processed. 

For faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.

We also offer international shipping, with shipping cost and estimated delivery time varying depending on the destination country. Please email phoenixcfdesigns@gmail.com for quotes. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Also, please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

At Phoenix Cf Deisngs, we stand behind the quality of our Carbon Fiber products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy for all of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a partial refund(15% restocking Fee) or exchange. Please note that the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at phoenixcfsdesigns@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number(RMA). Once you have received your return authorization number, please ship the item back to us at the address provided with the return authorization number clearly written on the package.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Also, please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made or special-order items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
